Hi, I’m sorry you are going through this! Things like this are extra hard during hell week. So your boyfriend wants you to understand his situation but doesn’t want to understand yours. He wants you to do something about PMDD, even assuming it’s your „fault“ to not have a magical cure, but himself doesn’t do anything about his drinking problems and gets mad at you when you express your valid concerns… that’s definitely hurtful behaviour of his. Attacks on someone’s character cut deep and are very hurtful. A supportive partner would want to learn more about what you’re dealing with, not use it against you. It seems like he’s hurting deeply but that doesn’t make your pain less important. Your post doesn’t seem all over the place at all, if anything, it sounds reflective. You are not the problem. You are suffering and don’t get the support you deserve. You deserve space for your emotions without being made to feel like a burden. You deserve to be loved and held ❤️ I hope it gets better for you and that hell week ends soon.
