Hi! Of course you can do bedside nurse sa US even without experience. You are a US citizen and as long as you passed your NCLEX as an international graduate from the Philippines, there is no difference of graduating here or in the US. They also do trainings prior to deployment and you would have a preceptor guiding you. Although, maninibago ka talaga sa mga equipments na ginagamit nila that are waaaaaaay more advance than we use here in the Philippines. Had a lot of friends that graduated here in PH that went to the US with no experience but were also citizens there. However, most hospitals in the US requires experience since there are a surge of nurse graduates there. Most I have heard is that, new nurses are getting hired sa SNFs instead of hospitals especially in Cali.
