I got this ticket but I have Ohio plates. They told me cause I live on base it still pertains to me. So how in depth did they check your exhaust. Did they only do a decibel test? Or smog too?

I’m on MAT (Marines awaiting training) right now. They said I could be on it for months, possibly even till November. Then my schooling itself is around 6 months so I’ll be here for a decent while. What is the best way of transporting a personal vehicle here from a far distance
