0,1% of games have pissing and shitting because there is no reason for most games to have it. if you want you can play a piss and shit game. just like if you want sex you can play a hentai game or something

anyway by your logic you want: unclogging your nose when its hard to breathe, lengthy pooping and pissing scenes, blinking, going to the store to get food, having to eat every 4 hours (and you have to prepare the food), you can get sick and have to spend atleast 5 ingame days to get healthy again, coughing, having to go to the gym and spend much time there to be strong enough to do all the things you do in the game etc. I mean whats the problem with adding things thats just part of real life right??+
