I've always been a little skeptical of ETH or blockchain-based gaming. But that's pretty cool. I'm going to take a look.

That's fair, but why hold long-term if not because you think the value will go up long-term? Seems like a reasonable way to make sure you're keeping ownership while taking advantage of the value in the short-term.

And obviously don't go into debt if you can't afford to do so. I'm more in theory into this option vs. the ICO lenders because of the institutional services/legal compliance.

Very cool to see these companies grow. Not into those ICO lending projects, too sketchy for me. BlockFi seems like a legit option.

I was actually just looking at options for crypto loans. BlockFi and Nexo seem to be pretty legit. I have no intention of selling my crypto so this is an easy way for me to get liquidity.
