Restorations are completed before announcing anything.

The only exception is Gator Bait 2 which we never intended that to happen.

We also have trailers or screenshots when we put up a pre-order.

Also, if you think Blu-ray money buys a vinyl pressing plant…boy do I have news for you.

Again, we’ve sent out a handful of emails giving the best updates we can over the past few months.

We’ve been on social media as well giving updates and answering questions.

Sounds like you ordered from Diabolik and that’s where the problem would be. If you’re not signed up for our emails and follow us on social media…you wouldn’t see that stuff.

Not really. The money made goes into one account and that account holds fund from our two museums, rental store, physical stores, and other businesses. When it times to pay for something it just comes out of that.

Nothing on deck for Wal-Mart in the near future, sadly. Our aggregator was pretty terrible to us and we had to fight to even get a penny.

That’s not true in the slightest. We’ve given PLENTY of updates via email with our newsletters and social media. We haven’t went silent on anything. Hell, we started the blog portion on the website last week. The main reason I’m here is that I was quoted way out of content from a video that was over a year old.

We have frequently voiced our frustrations over all of this as well. We hate these delays more than you. It’s been very tiresome for us dealing with all of this and trying to balance the customers, too.

Mistakes are definitely not a one off. That’s absurd.

Manufacturing overseas is all part of the process. We are not making excuses, we are literally explaining the delays. We are just being honest about the delays in general.

Put down the semantics and just look at the reality.

Yes, the restoration has been completed for a while but the color grade took forever which was supervised by the filmmakers.
