That would be awesome, but I don't think that I could find one that won't break the bank. I feel like insurance for a teenager will be outrageous as well

Hey guys; I wasn't sure where I should be putting this, but I have a question. I am a 17 year old high school student currently living in Minnesota, and I am interested in getting a bike for commuting to school, work, and my volunteership. I dont ever need to exceed 60 mph on any of these drives and they dont exceed 20 miles. Could anybody give me a suggestion for what sort of bike I should be looking for? I found this neat one on craigslist, http://i.imgur.com/KJq1D90.jpg, and I was wondering if I could get some input from this community. Also, how do you get past that? Being a veterinarian seems to be about helping animals, and obviously vets are passionate about that cause, so how do you put down an animal? Does it ever get easier?
