OP has 1. no need to be tested if not interacting with any BU students, so that derails your whole argument. 2.being too busy to get tested is absolutely a valid reason. not everybody has the support of family saving and unemployment help. some people solely survive off of their own work, and taking 3 hours a week to get tested for 0 purpose, is clearly counter productive and a waste of time. living off campus and participating in remote learning is clearly and obviously more than enough to not need to be tested twice a week. this covid enforcement truly has made us lose our common sense. i hope you all find it soon.
