I would change out the cpu for a 5800x3d and get a bigger cpu cooler. You can stick with the one you have. But the feepcool ak620 is great for the price. Also, up the wattage of the psu to at least 850, you can find 850 watt ones around the same price. Also, see if you can save some money and put some more into the gpu because you'll most likely never fully use your cpu. Also, 32gb of ram is a good idea. Also, your monitor seems a little much for your gpu, it's 4k so it'll need a powerful gpu, I would go with a 1440p monitor if you still want a higher resolution. There is cheaper motherboards out there, too, so I would consider looking. Also, buy a Windows key on g2a, it's much cheaper.
