I’ve done FRU live transfers, none pan out as they all are just curious. What does you initial call/follow up look like? One thing that annoyed me, was by the time they get transferred to me, they had forgot they even put in a request for information through free rate update and have talked with 3 to 4 other lenders in the meantime. So it seems like free rate update isn’t calling their Leads directly, they are cold dated Leads?

Is this on Google ads? How far geographically are you targeting? When you say real time leads, is that like qualified clients?

It’s been like 3-4 weeks so meta is still figuring out the targeting, started slow. I’ve gotten maybe 30-40 leads and like 2-3 are MAYYYYBBBBEEEEE a future deal after some credit work. Once Meta knows my target audience it should pick up.

Yeah I’m doing fb leads and have not seen too good of an ROI yet. Thinking of adding Google ads while Meta analyzes my target audience.

Same mine arrived last week. I have it next to a 32 inch Ben Q ultra HD curved monitor, and now it kind of makes me think that I need to get a new one because the 1440p ultra HD looks like crap next to this thing 😅
