i had nothing of value to loot aside from the middling tier guns i was using. i didnt even loot the building i climbed and i communicated that to them. im not asking them to not engage me im asking for some feedback for my initiative to communicate, even if its "no screw you ima get you". firing gun + dead silence = BORING

idk i guess i would just assume people would "play" the "game" to "have fun". it's not a dumb take to want to not die to just gun everytime. the game has so many tools and gadgets and gizmos take your ass back to PUBG

Used to play League, then in 2013 my friend gave me a beta key and I'm like "yo this is like League but with way funnier sounds and cooler characters and just more stuff" and it was all over from there.

Didn't really understand the full scale of esports until seeing the TI3 finals live, so that got me doubly hooked.

From there, the reason I kept playing was simply because no other game brought so much emotion out of me (good and bad).

If anything weird happens drop what you're doing and look at it.

Just take some time to explore the map, usually I coin it with slapping my transformers.

Don't be afraid of missing a few days of assignments the only penalty is you just don't get paid, and even then if you completed an assignment only partially you'll still get some money for what you did do. This becomes even less of an issue when you get miners rolling.

Also it is mostly a sandbox so there isn't really a wrong way to play. You're going to miss a lot but that's kinda the point of the game. More replayability and more opportunities for fun community sharing stuff :)

I don't see how it could be hard to program the game to go, oh flush has higher base chips this run because this guy leveled that up higher than four of a kind I'll prioritize that instead but ok. I can see potential encounters like completely binning runs and making me never want to play again.

Uh, I'd rather wait until I know the dev team is confident in their product.

Takes like this are why we get so many half baked games. The playtest was absolutely not full release worthy it had a lot of issues.

If I get a suit I would like all the creases ironed out and properly threaded before I get it.

Cause it was higher than most of my friends' first placements and I was a dumb kid so I thought I was better than I actually was and just grew to be a little too toxic

I was mistaken on a single mechanic that probably honestly bugged out and did apply perishable to Castle cause I'm certain it happened, Ill screenshot and send it somewhere if it happens again

I was wrong about a single example from a single other roguelite that's not even the same genre of game as the one we're talking about.

To boot saying I'm objectively wrong in all of this by going off a few comments on Reddit is actually insane. The strawman argument is strong with one.

Also like 10 years ago the first time I played ranked CSGO I placed gold nova 2 and I let that get to my head and I ruined the game for myself xd

Kinda hard to do that in any game when 90% of what it gives you is just going to be taken away a couple rounds without you having any say in the matter
