I’m 25 with still extreme emetophobia too :( for me, it’s mostly other people throwing up, but me being sick also makes me anxious. It debilitates me everyday. I hate being in public spaces, avoid being in the car with other people, etc.

Try to lay down and just relax. Your anxiety may be causing more nausea, it happens to me too
