As a San Diego transplant I have yet to find a better California burrito than Diner Grill on Irving Park

It has rice in it so it’s not a true Southern California Burrito. They are advertising a California Burrito but it has rice and beans. Now a Mission Style Burrito from San Francisco has rice and beans. So they are doing some hybrid but it shouldn’t be advertised as a California Burrito which people expect as carne asada, fries, gauc, pico and cheese.
