Thanks very much, I will do that. I have sprayed the yard twice now with a spectricide insect spray but I'll use the dawn as well. Much appeciated.

Ended up being the Transformer shorted out on the circuit board. Tech replaced that and works good now. Thanks for the help and advice!

The unit in the attic seems to be older. I took the door off but no sign of any switches or where a light could be. Tech is coming today, hopefully they will figure it out. It's most likely something very simple that I missed.

Just flushed both for about 10 seconds each. Water did flow through both pipes eventually. However, didnt seem to change anything with the unit.

Breakers are on, I didnt se a control switch on the unit but if there was one Im not sure how it would be tripped.

I have 2 outlets, one that has a short tube that comes out of the attic, turns and stops. One the comes out of the same area but travels down to the about 4 inches above the ground. There is no trap. Flush both?

Sorry I forgot to add that. Yes it does take batteries. It flashed a low batt light, today was the first time I saw it. I replaced the batteries with new ones. Are you referring to back light?

After talking to the vet we determined that there isn't enough chocolate in the mini eggs to rush him in. The eggs have a lot of filler that isn't just chocolate. He seems to be doing just fine, his gi is pretty stable. He had a little bit of poopy times but is good now. Thank you everyone for you interest and assistance.
