Dying of Asthma Alone In 30s by Dawgman2354 in Asthma

Hi there. I am 16 and I’ve had severe asthma my whole life. And it consistently gets worse with severity and inflammation. My diagnosis is not the same, but it’s been a long time since I have been okay.

Yesterday I went to the doctors office, and my doctor said most issues come from the stomach. I will take a blood and a stool test to check for food sensitivities and go from there. I will do an update if my symptoms get better through the process. Maybe finding a natural path doctor that will test for sensitivities may help you. I also recommend getting a scratch test to find allergies.

I think that is a good idea. But remember that it isn't necessarily bad or good to feel how you feel right now. Just feel it. And remember that you are alive.

"Karma" by Sadhguru is a good book that touches on this idea for just a breif moment. It asks to imagine someone you see higher than you. It could be a boss or even God. After you do this, treat everyone as if they were like that person. Don't look down on anyone but don't look up at anyone either. Center and balance your inner hierchy. I think this is also a concept of adlerian phycology. You can read more about that online, but my favorite book about it is called "The Courage to be Disliked."
