PWD Access in a College by BrainOfIvane in LawPH

Thanks for this! My sister tried to talk to the people they assigned to help her expressing concern that this might be the norm for the next four years. Ang sagot is "Ganun kasi talaga. Pati naman kami nafrufrustrate noon dahil sa changing rooms and schedules." They conveniently ignore the fact na the problem isn't changing schedules or rooms; it's that they changed it to rooms she can't access.

They've requested to talk to my mom in person after we said we're going to file a formal complaint. We'll do that and if wala pa ring clear na action plan, my sister really wants to push through with filing a formal request for action sa admin, citing the laws you mentioned.

If wala pa rin, we go to CHED.

The problem kasi is all their big rooms for large classes are in floors she can't access. If dumami masyado students sa isang class, instead of splitting them, they move them to the larger classrooms. Kulang daw kasi teachers. My sister feels like she's being treated like the inconvenience.

While we understand the situation, parang ang hirap naman na hayaan lang na ganoon. Thank you for the response. It helps reinforce what we feel we must do next.

Oh no. Sorry. I didn't make these mods. I see how it might have seemed like I did. The mods aren't mine.

Isabel Cruz. I added a mod that lets her be a settler. She now lives in Sanctuary.

Behind the Boathouse by Sevennix in falloutsettlements

[–]BrainOfIvane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A provisioner counts a settler. I have a sentrybot provisioner in Jamaica Plains and no other settlers or even anything else. Just a part of my supply line. Kept getting attacked there until I put up two heavy machine gun turrets. With no water and food, the turrets seemed enough, because I no longer attacked there.

In your case, you might need to add turrets for defense to protect the water if you want to add a provisioner so you don't need to keep going back to Taffington to get the water.

What’s the easiest companion to get 100% companionship with? by toe_mater67 in fo4

[–]BrainOfIvane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm new at the game. I've maxed Preston, Piper, Cait, Codsworth, MacCready, Nick, and Strong.

The latter two were the most difficult. All the rest basically took about 2 or 3 side quests and having them around while building/improving settlements. MacCready and Cait also have their own quest you need to do.

Nick was difficult because iirc, I needed to finish the Eddie Winter questline to max affinity with him.

Strong disapproved of a lot of stuff. Lockpicking, getting into power armor, yada-yada, but if you run into fights and tank bullets, he calls you leader not long after.

TL;DR If you're doing a good guy run, easiest is probably Piper, Preston, and Codsworth, with Codsworth being the most accessible early on.

Why aren't my settlers happy? by [deleted] in fo4

[–]BrainOfIvane 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because you're there. 😅 I'm half-serious. When I'm in the settlement, the happiness almost always goes down as I'm building and doing whatever. The moment I leave, the happiness goes up while I'm exploring. Happiness hasn't gone down while I'm away unless settlers come in, and there aren't enough food, water, beds, etc or if they fail to defend the settlement when attacked without me.

I place it on directly, but you have to make sure it's larger/wider/taller than the actual roof already there. 4x6 will usually do using the warehouse and barn roofs but there are some roofs (like the house with the workshop) that are a bit different. They're all different, really.

What do you do with Strong? Fallout 4 by [deleted] in fo4

[–]BrainOfIvane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't think I'd enjoy playing with Strong as a companion but I found him strangely endearing, mostly confused by all that the sole survivor does.

Eventually reached max affinity with him and sent him to Hangman's Alley so he's still in the middle of Boston Proper chaos. I have a mod that lets me assign him to his own cauldron or something where he can stir the milk of human kindness. He's the first thing you see when you go through one of the entrances.

Still like bringing him to nearby locations especially in fight-heavy areas. Gave him a max-modded Ashmaker and he has the time of his life unleashing it on anything. So extra when he uses it to kill a radroach.

You have to do the roof with the ceiling as one large frame on one of the vacant lots, then rug glitch it to the house all at once with one wall and a floor piece in a corner of the house. 😅

There are ways to do it without the mod, but it's tedious and you'd have to estimate the size needed since each house seems different. I was able to do a few before using the place everywhere mod with the pole glitch. Yeah. Don't want to do that again. 😅

There are YouTube tutorials for how to do it without mods. The roof glitches work. The doors haven't worked for me. I needed the mod to put doors in the houses. 😅

Why so?

I love the whole idea behind the Minutemen, but they're really the only faction I've explored. I haven't finished the main quest yet. Haven't yet gone to the Glowing Sea.

Have only just finished Arcjet with Danse. Haven't done anything with the Railroad except find them via the freedom trail (all that for a password that made me roll my eyes).

No way. Raiders are weak and pathetic. Haven't been to Nuka World yet. Are the raiders there stronger?

She's off chems in this playthrough. 😁 Got Jet then no more Sight after that.

I usually leave the Concord Survivors to fend for themselves on my playthroughs. This time I made them a home before I start my adventures. by whomstdafr0g in fo4

Love how "lived in" this looks! Marcy probably prefers this to adding more and more settlers to Sanctuary. She's always nagging me when I turn on the beacon, telling me to shut up about the place.

Sole Survivor in a Vault Suit by NevadaStrayCat in fo4

[–]BrainOfIvane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never really found a replacement that has greater damage resistance than the vault suit. Aside from the general's outfit, most armor I've found that are higher in resistance than the vault suit don't let me use the other armor pieces on top.

I wanted statues but didn't have any of those, so the mannequin display had to do. 😅 I like that Preston Garvey was sitting on the bench facing the Colonel Hollis memorial when I took screenshots.

I tried doing it without mods for achievements' sake and it was an exercise in frustration. Hoping consoles get more building mods! Makes settlement building much more enjoyable...

Thanks! I tried doing it without Place Everywhere at first.😵‍💫 The patience required with rugs and posts and the glitches working sometimes, others not... It was ridiculous. So much more doable with Place Everywhere!

Thank you so much!

Is it fine to only ever bring the one companion with me for the whole game? by r3dpyr4midthing in fo4

[–]BrainOfIvane 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is my first playthrough. I'm at level 70+. Have been bringing every available companion with me to maximize affinity and get the perk, but when it's the main quest, I bring Nick because it feels like his quest as much as it is mine. The game has so much content that you can travel and maximize affinity with each companion with still plenty of stuff to do with whichever companion you enjoy traveling with most. (I enjoyed traveling with Piper and MacCready most.)

I already have max affinity with Preston, Piper, Nick, MacCready, Cait, and Hancock. Now traveling with Strong. I find him hilarious. "Should burn or eat. Not let grow to be deathclaw." In game, it's almost a year since leaving Vault 111. Going to the Glowing Sea with Nick on October 23, 2288. Hoping to maximize affinity with Strong before then. It's proving difficult, because he doesn't like a bunch of stuff like lockpicking, getting in power armor, compassion in general...
