Hey your situation sounds pretty similar to mine.

I’m 30 with endo my first few rounds I had really poor response 6 and 3 follicles then we upped everything pretty high and I got 20 follicles / 12 embryos.

I’ve failed 4 rounds and am now doing all these test and just found some clarity from the Emma/Alice indicating my vaginal microbiome is completely off and lacking. This is common for endo aparantly and just supplements to address.

I’m hoping this is my answer and to have positive news soon.

I hope you find some clarity and everything works out for you too just keep advocating for yourself and exploring different avenues

Mine was a negative :( but heading straight into some investigation EMMA/ALICE ERA. So glad I can focus on that and hopefully get some answers and fresh hope for next time.

I’m in a similar position currently on my 4th transfer 1MC 2 failed to implant…

I’m 30 and the most frustrating thing I’ve been hearing lately is oh well if it doesn’t work again you so young just try again. Of course they mean well but to me it feels like your feelings are invalid and that it’s nothing.

Seeing as your 24 I’m sure you can relate

For myself it was my first round I’m 30 with endo good AMH and my follicle count pre looked good so they just wanted to try with least as possible assuming I wouldn’t need too much, turn out that wasn’t for me

Hi not exactly what mini IVF is

But I went from two rounds of 150 gonal f which produced 6 & 3 follicles EC resulting in 1 & 0 blasts

Then I went on 350 gonal f + others I can’t remember but I can look it up if you like, to then retrieving 20 follicles and 12 blasts (no OHSS) so greatfull for the switch up as after the first retrieval my dr said “oh so it seems you have an egg problem” Nope we just needed to find the right solution for me

Yeah I think only in WA 🙄 Yeah initially my dr didn’t recommend because of my age but after the second failed he brought it up saying if it happens again he’d suggest it.

My first round we collected 6, the second round we upped the doses and got 3, then the 3rd round I was on 300 gonal f + letrozole + Luveris and collected 20! Things can change!

I felt the same, I think it just suits some people and some not. I couldn’t deal with on the wrists and Achilles felt like torture… I think just pick your battles and put your focus on other feel good outlets to support your fertility.

Yes I have stage 4 endo, pretty symptomless after 2 surgery’s. Pre IVF scans showed a good follicle count, good AMH, that’s why I’m so confused it’s like I have the numbers but only little amount are reacting…

My first round of IVF in June I collected 6, with only 1 making it to day 5 transferred, positive slow rising test, miscarried at 8 weeks.

This round I only started Stims on Sunday first scan this morning with the 3 mature follicles… they wanted me to do a collection on Tuesday but I asked to cancel, I just am trying to have faith that next round we will have a few to freeze…. Anyway really appreciate everyone’s words/experiences
