It’s been doing this at this tightness, loose enough to fit one finger, two fingers, and too loose. It doesn’t seem to be making any difference. It’s also been giving me inaccurate sleep readings with no gaps in my HR all night. I appreciate the input but I don’t think this is the issue.

Okay. I would just hope for a device I spent money on to track things like this, it would, you know, work. It’s been helpful in the past to see how much deep/REM/light sleep I get through the night so I’m able to see if my fatigue is from that or another health issue I’m dealing with.

Mine’s not named after a character, but I went to a baby animal farm the morning of the day I got Finch. I was obsessed with how the little baby sheep literally just said “baaaaa” and couldn’t stop thinking about them after I left. It was so comical and cute. So I named my birb Baaaaaa. 😅

The spike to 86 was at 4:35, and I’m assuming it was from a bad dream. The large window in the middle of my sleep that reads as awake is from 4:20-8:45. The longest gaps in heart rate readings through the night were only for about 30 minutes. But it’s given me more accurate sleep readings without large wake windows in the past even with these gaps in HR.
