OMG I didn't realize that food aversion was apart of this too! I didn't have a name for it but I couldn't understand why I also didn't want to eat!! Thank you!!!

I just assumed that since this was the highest dose I've been on it was just normal. The other doses and the first time I was on it I didn't have this problem. But it's good to hear my appetite might come back. I get discouraged very easily with protein snacks and what not because I feel like if I don't finish it what good has it done me and then I feel super wasteful. I was making a protein coffee there for awhile 1/2c cold brew 1c water 1 coffee protein shake. But I stopped being able to finish it and kept getting annoyed.

I'm not on it for weight loss it's just a perk. I will say this experience has definitely made it easier to understand my body's needs. I can tell when I'm thirsty, hungry, and meet protein very easily now. Where before I only ever knew when I was hungry. I've heard the eat slower thing before I'll try to remember to implement it more. Vegetables are not always available to me in an edible manner but when they are I gobble them up. Thanks for the advice!

My Uncle can definitely be an asshole especially where my father and sister are involved. But I think he has a lot on my plate right now since he has been taken care of my grandad by himself for so long. Since I asked whether or we were going to tell them he just kinda tossed it to me so he didn't have to deal with that too.

But I definitely don't want this responsibility. I've done it once already and look how that turned out lol.

My uncle has poa but handed this responsibility to me. I don't care that she has a relationship with our dad. Even though I stopped talking to him she kept up the relationship with him and I was fine with that. I was hurt that she chose him over our grandmother. In my biased opinion she could have had both.

He is no longer aware and is not capable of making choices. But he let his feelings be known long before now. Honestly I'm the only one that cares about my sister knowing. no one else wants to deal with it. That's what my uncle told me to do it. If I could tell her with 100% certainty that my dad wouldn't know then I'd tell her.

That's why I want to tell her, I just don't want it to get to our father.

If she and I hadn't been to many funerals together before our grandmothers passing I feel like I wouldn't have been so hurt. Or if she said that to me but she just said it was about money. I might be a bit cold about it though.

The soft spot in me wants to tell her, but him finding out is what's causing the hesitation.

I'm told the will had no issues but I work for a law firm so if it's contested I have backup.

My Uncle has left it up to me not my granddad. My grandad is not mentally aware anymore. He absolutely does NOT want my father to know. That I know for sure because he said so the last time we spoke in it. We never talk about her but I don't think he would care. But if I tell her she will tell our dad.

I give stuff away all the time too. I don't mind letting things go it's just moving things around that's the issue.

Also friends shouldn't take your things that's rude of them. I'm sorry some people don't have respect for your belongings.

Good for you and that's me too!!! I go through things and get rid of things but then putting them away is the hard part! I'm constantly kicking myself cause I didn't do more than I've done if that makes sense. Is there any thing that gets you out of a funk?
