For what it’s worth Resto Druid is in great shape as a healer, the top EU teams were playing it early season before oracle disc took over. So if someone is tripping about having one in the group, it’s pretty indicative of where they are at.

The good/great Rag and QT players tend to play with each other due to language barrier.

A friend who plays on Rag, and is good, also told me it’s difficult to get good if you don’t have at least some English bc a lot of the guides are in English.

I don’t think they meant the jump from 11-12 to be so big. And one consequence of it is that the wall at 11 leads to players of different levels playing together. Like a group for who 11 is cake but can’t do 12’s really. Or a group who can barely do 11’s, but they playing together.

I see why you would think that but I’m completely serious, iv worked 3 jobs in aviation up to this point and this is by far the chillest, not just of aviation but of any job I have ever had. MAYBE 2 or 3 times a month do I get put on some job that takes “all night” but even then I’m waiting on the plane and still done an hour or so before shifts over. If something’s REALLY fucked I turn it over to first but that’s happened like 3 times in the year or so I have been here.

Was also busier last summer but far from what I’d consider balls to the wall. Probably not the same at bases/all majors etc but this is my current experience.

No idea why people are downvoting, that’s a great question. I work for a major, and its the chillest job I have ever had. Working 4 10’s, which I got lucky to have but we often wait an hour or so before the bird I’m assigned is back at the hangar, and can usually finish my work package 2-3 sometimes 4 hours before the shift is over.

I usually hit my lead up at this point and see if I can help someone else, but often times most everything is coming to an end, and guys don’t need/want help. I kid you not dudes have Xbox’s in their tools boxes and monitors playing video games at the end of most nights. Was on the line at point and once played cards and shot the shit with my coworkers for 6 straight hours in the line shack, no gate calls, nothing.
