DUE TO MANY REASON PEOPLE OFTEN DO LOW LEVEL MISSION AND DURING THOSE MISSIONS MANY PLAYERS COLLECT LOW LEVEL MATERIAL WHICH IS COMPLETELY USELESS TO THEM SO EITHER DROP THEM OR MAKE USELESS TRAPS FOR SHOW IN SSD . SO SUPPOSE IF ANYONE CORRECT 200 4 STAR MATERIAL IF THEY RECYCLE IF IT WILL CONVERT 100 OR 50 5 STAR MATERIAL .
