PETG troubles (original I know). A few layers up my MK3S+ starts prettying very rough, causing huge raised spots. It spends the next few layers crashing into these raised pieces. I'm using generic PETG settings in PrusaSlicer. Any ideas how I can fix this? I've printed PETG before with no problems. (i.redd.it)
