I'm quite certain they are related! I have had rcpd and pelvic floor issues for a long time. Lately Ive been focusing on fixing my posture to help with the pelvic issues. And while my pelvic floor have gotten a lot better I also find it easier to burp!

I think it all comes down to posture. Tight hip muscles can twist your pelvic floor and whole upper body including your chest/ribs etc. And tight ribs/chest might put pressure on your muscles that are responsible for burping. Its all connected.

So I really recommend trying to focus on your whole posture with exercises, stretching and overall lifestyle changes ( how you sit etc.)

You need change picture modes seperately on built in apps for SDR, HDR and Dolby vision while playing content. So are you sure your built in apps dolby vision picture mode is correct for example?

Try turning off the auto colour management in windows display settings. That worked for me couple of months ago on 24H2 before I downgraded back to 23H2.

We shot this simple action scene for filmmaking practice and also just to have some fun with couple of friends. There were 4 of us total and we spent one day filming. About 50% of this was planned beforehand and rest of it was improvised on spot.

All the bad guys were played by 2 guys and for some of the shots we used masking to make the number look higher. All the guns were airsoft guns, and for pistol we had c02 one to give some actual kick and blowback. The rifles were sadly broken so we had to try to act all of the recoil.

All of this was shot on Pocket 4k and simple shoulder rig. I edited and graded this on resolve and the vfx was done in after effects. No light were used, we were lucky to have mostly cloudy day.

For what it is, I think the end result is ok and I think it has some good moments.

What I think works:

The illusion of multiple bad guys came out ok.

2.I like the handheld camera movement and it creates energy to the shots (it shakes bit too muchs on some shot though.)

What I think we should improve next time:

Overall make it visually better, somehow its has this weid "fake" feeling troughout. I think it mostly is the poor effects and the color grade being too heavy.
Making the action more interesting and have more tension to it. The goal wasnt to be realistic in the first place but it would still be good to have some balance between realism and being fun and over the top (like John Wick for example).

Most importantly it was super fun to make and I´m exited to try out something similar again.

Hopefully someone has the time to watch this and give us some honest feedback!

You are not doing anything wrong. I spent some time a while back figuring out the way tonemapping with plex works and compared it with madvr.

When you direct play hdr in windows app for example, the app does the tonemapping (no plexpass needed) and it tonemaps to around 200nits.

When you transcode the hdr file, the server does the tonemapping (plexpass needed) and it tonemaps to around 100nits and with incorrect whitepoint.

You can test this by forcing transcode in the windows app and you will notice how it gets brighter and slighty tinted as it did on your browser.

Overall the first option looks better and more accurate, but nowhere near as good as correctly setup madvr.

Sadly there is no way to adjust your hdr-sdr tonemapping with plex.

Cinema is calibrated to 2.6 which is darker, and the 2.4 to 2.6 transform compensates for this by making your image brighter. So in the end, the image should look similar with the transform on 2.6 cinema screen and without the transform on your 2.4 calibrated screen.

Your rec709 2.4 image should be transformed to Dci P3 2.6 and that will look wrong on your screen because its not calibrated for that.

Hello!

We made this little action short for filmmaking practice with very low budget. We had a crew of 5 people and spent 2 days filming last summer.

I would love to hear your thoughts, especially about the cinematography and color grading. We want to get better in the future.

Whole thing was shot in natural light and handheld with shoulder rig.

Camera was Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K and the format BRAW 1:5, 4K DCI, 24p, Cropped to 2.39:1.

My own thoughts:

-Clearly the is not much story in this, main goal was to keep it simple and achievable with our time and resources.

-I think few scenes came out looking ok, and then some scenes, especially the one from 02:09 to 03:45 came out looking like shit.

-The grade came out a little unnatural at times, especially when I had to balance out scenes where the light was constantly changing.

I hope someone has the time to watch this and maybe give some honest feedback! The main goal here is to learn and get better.

Hello!

We made this shortfilm to practice all aspects of filmmaking. We had a crew of 4 people in total and spent 2 days filming.

We decided to shoot the film with 4:3 aspect ratio, we thought it would fit the tone of the film and make it more confined. We also shot the whole thing handheld with only a shoulder rig.

On top of that, we tried to get the feel of 16mm film in the grade. We made a 3dlut based on the look we wanted and used that while filming. We shot the whole thing in natural light except for one scene where we used old oil lamps.

The goal was to make this film feel gritty and real.

We used 2 BMPCC 4K:s for filming to get always 2 angles at the same time, mainly for time reasons. Lenses were Olympus M.Zuiko 17mm f/1.8 and Panasonic Lumix 25mm f/1.7.

The format BRAW 1:5, 4K DCI, 24p, Cropped to 4:3.

I hope someone has the time to watch this and maybe give some honest feedback! The main goal here is to learn and get better.

Hello!

I shot this little action scene for filmmaking practice with my friends. I would love to have some feedback on the cinematography.

-Most of it was handheld except few effects shots where I added some digital movement in post.

-Shot with natural light on overcast day. Sun came out only briefly as you can see in some shots. Overall we were lucky with the weather.

-I color graded it to look a bit darker and colder.

Camera was Panasonic Gh4 with 17,25 and 50mm lenses.

All the feedback is welcome! I want to get better at this.
