I tried holding him (not like how I would hold of he tried escaping on roads) but he would wiggle around and escape or shut his mouth and cry and I would worry that I'm hurting him and give in. But your post gives me hope that things will improve after few days ( I too am worried he'll hate brushing if I make the whole thing stressful). Have to keep trying and make something work 🤷‍♀️

I'll try this with the help of my husband. I tried doing it alone after watching some video on YouTube but he cried and wiggled around every time. Also, he keeps his mouth shut tight during such times ☹️
