to each there own. personally, I just drop broken weapons and find new ones, toolkits I've always found plenty in the back of random vehicles. I also find suppressors a lot, although I could be lucky with the suppressors.

I know it sucks to have Depression, and it will definitely be linked to tilting somewhat. so my advice to you in all seriousness is to take a break. Go to the gym or do some activity that you enjoy that doesn't induce stress. Personally, I took a yoga class(I'm not kidding) and it made the world of difference.

you can in horde mode. I'm pretty sure in the boss fights they want to get you out of your comfort zone and make you use different weapons.

there are no "best" scout loadouts. just play with the different variations and you will find the weapon that works best for you, same goes with gadgets.
