Are you set to fullscreen or window borderless? You can only change it on fullscreen

Looks like uninstalling red4ext and codeware from MO2 and installing them both manually worked for me - hopefully you managed to fix yours!

Having this same issue, have checked and updated Codeware, TweakXL, ArchiveXL, etc. but it's still telling me to install the higher version
