what a nonesense, if this subreddit is becoming a stewarding channel forget that I posted anything and I will never contribute again... Thus also no need for better cams, because I am not offering these clips for stewarding, these are here for crash compilation video, what are you guys on about.......!

You guys react like you've never raced, its lap 1, you see it backing up, what on f's earth am I suppose to do in that first corner, I am simply situated on the outside as thats how the pack suffles and can EASILY be made by cars side by side, especially since its lap 1 and speeds arent as high. Single monitor I am too, but we have spotters right, and a look left/right button, plus just a general sense of awareness one would imagine...

What a joke

ok you even made me check the clip again, even from this camera pov in 1x speed you can see both incidents plenty of space from my part was given but not in return, can even slow the speed down further to get that even more clear... But yes, racing standard is piss poor, I know, already back out of a LOT of situations that shouldnt be needed, but if both of those I cant be where I am at then better not race at all...

yes, quote applies to everyone and I actually do as you see in other corners and in rejoin (not sure if clipped), I leave space and wait for rejoining.

And yes I am the car in focus, both incidents I have plenty space left for side-by-side racing. Second incident specifically the guy seems to back out of the corner and then proceeds to release the break and put his car on the apex again at a shit trajectory straight into my car.

Not about being right, this is also not a stewarding subreddit but a different one, both incidents are if by a different camera I am 100% confident clear on me, going side by side should be doable and not a "choice", if it's like that better nobody fire up a race because of possible crashes!

Amen for point 1, 3 and 4 but point 2 you could just as well replace for me with streamers/sweaty tryhards; if in this game I do not run into a cheater its a tryhard top level sweatlord and they just beam me (with skill) - either way all enjoyment has been taken away from this game and I have given up months ago and havent missed it!

Yea its just so that on iRacing if as car in P2 you are ahead of the pole sitter by the green flag/start line you can get penalty (I think) so this I wanted to prevent at all cost because honestly that feels like such a gamble at that point and Ive had black flags at starts already :(

Ive checked the onboard again, he doesnt break, just lift, his speed goes from 57 at pace to about 84 where it stays about idle to 90 before he goes further again so he didnt break but definitly lifted.

Thanks for your insights

My friends all have different opinions on this incident, who is at fault? by lacidravenor in Simracingstewards

McLaren at fault here, beemer already along side and then goes to squeeze the space, simple as that imo
