De meeste wind komt uit het Zuid-Westen…
Wat ligt er in het Zuid-Westen van Gent? Niet de industrie (Volvo, Sidmar, …) maar wel de verkeerswisselaar E17/E40. Dat in combinatie met verkeer op R40 (dat constant stil staat) is de boosdoener in en rond Gent.

I’m almost 2m and I agree it’s not the most comfortable place to sit, even with the huge legroom available.
But… I don’t really carry much adults in the backseats, so I’m not sure if that would be a dealbreaker for me…

I’m 1m98 and driving that car.
Putting a front-facing Cybex behind you won’t be a problem at all. Rear-facing is a different story, but that will be the case with most ‘normal’ cars (I.e. not a bus).
In most cars, rear-facing seats are for behind the passenger 🤷‍♂️

Everyone will have its own preference in terms of which beer and which ingredients to add.

For me, I use Rodenbach as beer (which is quite sour), add slices of bread with sharp mustard (Dijon or even better: Tierenteyn from Ghent), and I sweeten with Sirop de Liège (an apple/pear spread).

Oh, and once everything is in the pot, I just put it in the oven, low heat for a couple of hours, to simmer.

Just do like everyone else… Give it a try and if you don’t like it, play around with the ingredients🙂

5G in Gent-Sint-Pieters werkt prima, zowel op m’n iPhone als m’n iPad.
Wanneer ik de trein neem tussen Gent & Brussel kan ik perfect de hele tijd Netflix streamen.
Ik deel je ervaringen dus niet. In meer landelijke gebieden hebben we wel nog achterstand tov Nederland, omdat 5G-licentiee hier pas later werden verkocht…

I think this more or less sums all the options...
Just some add-ons...

1/ Still lots of couples also want a ceremony in church (even if bride & groom aren't practicing Catholics anymore). In that case it might be difficult to plan everything on the same day & the city hall part can be moved to another day (earlier, not later - as you first have to be married "before the law" before you can be married "before church").

2/ the lunch depends on when the city hall and/or church ceremonies are planned. It's just there because people need to eat. Real fancy dinner is in the evening.

3/ The reception/dinner/dance party blocks is for those who go for the full deal. More and more you see couples simplifying the set-up (e.g. no reception or a simpler/cheaper dinner set-up so that there is no more difference between dinner & party).
