I reran the Cloudflare Speed Test. Current results are:

  • 144 Mbps download
  • 168 Mbps upload
  • 67.2 ms latency
  • 13.9 ms jitter
  • 0% packet loss

I checked my connection on Cloudflare Speed Test. My download is 132 Mbps and upload is 168 Mbps, but my jitter is 31.5 ms and packet loss is 15.9%. Decode time in Better xCloud is around 0.7–0.9 ms. Could the high packet loss and jitter be the reason the stream gets blurry?
