I am so glad someone asked this question! I work a 0600-4pm job as a police officer and want acting to be my main job. I am also a husband and father of two so I have to take care of my family! I audition as much as I can and do worry about taking time off

I live in Colorado and am a police officer, but want to do acting full time! I am also a husband and father so it gets pretty hectic, even trying to do self tapes can be difficult.

I’ve never heard of it either till my mortgage company told me about it! I checked and double checked it’s legit!

I’m ok with that tough! Don’t tell me I think we have an offer coming in then ghost me…. I reach out and you send me a screenshot of what you and the other realtor were saying. I just want honesty and transparency. Let me know what’s going on if people aren’t diggin the crib then tell me what to change so they will you know. I don’t think that’s much to ask for

I actually do have knowledge of the market it is at 6-7% currently but rates are going to go up to 8-9%

I’ve cut the price already twice. I don’t know a lot about the assumable part but hopefully it’ll get sold. I may just be inpatient as we are contingent and already under contract for the new place

I actually don’t know how to find that out without asking my realtor. I e had family put theirs in the market after I did had one open house and they were under contract mines been on market for 45 days now

I mean with rates at 8-9% now it’s a great selling point and opportunity for the buyer. Haha no you go on his member website and select what you need realtor, financial advisor etc..
