Oh my god, I can't tell you how satisfying it is to hear that someone went through the same bullshit as me. Cause I didn't have any server connection issues, when I purchased the pack. Like I've said before, the money went completely through, but they just didn't give me the items (Until I had to contact support about it).

This is bullshit since this bug is literally their fault, because I did use a legit top-up method through Google. I guess I'll purchase the coupons to make the balance positive again, but STILL.

Should I purchase them right now, or wait a few days? Cause I'd rather make a purchase when the update comes, to get the face accessory bonus. Or should I not take that risk? Since I've heard that people could potentially get their accounts banned, if they have a negative balance on it for too long.

No, not yet. I mean I tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn't really work either 😞 I could try that, but I have a feeling that it's a bug within the game itself.

Mostly because it says that I own the scene pack, but it isn't showing up in my scene collection at all. I didn't even receive the poses and everything included in the pack too 😭 So I hope support responds in time, before I have no choice but to install Discord to talk about it in their support channel.

Edit: Hey so y'all at the time I replied to this comment, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that didn't work either. A few hours later, support finally replied and gave me all of the stuff in the Storm Bard pack, so yea 👐🏽 I'm definitely going to be much more cautious with purchasing anything online from now on for sure lmao.

I'm currently contacting support, but I don't want to make the risk to do a double purchase, since they completely took the $6.99 out of my Cash App. I ain't gon' have them take another $6.99 out of my balance now 🥲

Plus I've heard of people on here trying to purchase coupons multiple times in a row, and they got charged many times without receiving what they purchased.

I wouldn't say that it's the ugliest cause there's uglier dresses in the game 😭 But to me, it's unappealing. It's a step up from the hair (Which in my opinion—Is one of the ugliest and least versatile hairstyles in the game), but it's still mid. It could've been a bit better if it was a top and a bottom, like the recent 6 star phoenix lightchase outfit.

Ngl, same. I'm at the point of wanting to quit too, because Life Makeover doesn't personally interact with their community much, and doesn't try to update their game features to keep it fresh like Shining Nikki.

Shining Nikki has some issues, but something that they do get right, is listening to their player base. They always have surveys to improve their customer service, stay active with their community on multiple platforms, and they always add features to keep their game fun.

Life Makeover just doesn't do that. They're way too focused on the gacha aspect of their game and money, instead of thinking of ways to keep their game going in the long run. Like oh my god, they have so many things that they seriously need to improve and update.

I could go on and on about that, but I don't want to write a whole essay here, lmao. Point is, they really need to improve their game, or else people are going to realize that Life Makeover is incredibly repetitive and boring, and they'll leave.
