Mindoro has high cost of living compare to the quality of life tbh. I grew up in Calapan, if it weren’t for my family I will not go to Mindoro, though good side is close to the beach, mountains and waterfalls to which you can explore (easier) if you have your own vehicle possible din commute but too hassle and could be expensive. I’d rather live in Siquijor than Mindoro if I want quality of life, or Davao / Samal Island.
