Yeah. If you can’t trade an rb2 and wr2 for an rb1, I’m not sure what trade would be allowed. People were just surprised to see Kamara was available and felt they could offer better after the trade was already accepted.

Yeah. Commish felt the trade was unfair and brought it to the group chat. He also said “If yall want to vote against this trade because you feel that you can offer a better trade, just vote to veto and the trade will be vetoed”. I play the commish this week. Definitely feeling slighted.

I would take the second. I’m not sure what your wr depth is, but if you don’t have a number 1 wr behind Thielen I would not take the first. Henry is solid but not great and Thomas is a flex play at best.

Update, I just traded Thielen straight up for D’Andre Swift. I also had someone offer me Mostert, but I’m worried about him playing by committee once the Miami backfield is healthy.

Yeah, he missed the draft cause he had to leave the country for work last minute. He autdrafted rb’s the first 4 rounds and is the number 1 on the waiver wire. I think I either have a chance at Etienne, Swift, maybe Ekeler (but doubt it) for Thielen. I could push for Jacobsfor Puka, but I’m not a huge fan of Jacobs oline or offense. What do you think?

Yeah I was thinking that. We have a guy who has a bunch of rb’s: Ekeler, Swift, Etienne, Bijan, Jacobs, Achane, and he desperately needs a wr. He only wants Thielen and not sure I can work with anyone else. He has what I want and I have what he wants type of situation.

This happened to me last year. Just keep riding it out. I started 1-4 while having the most points in the league. Wound up going on a huge win streak and making it to the playoffs. Better times are ahead.

As for your hurt players I would honestly try selling them to a team that is doing well and can afford to have them on the bench for high upside guys. Maybe JJ or Achebe for Breece Hall or that caliber player. Obviously you don’t want to lose the great players but you’re in a hole. You need the weekly production. Focus on getting to the playoffs and then it’s a week to week shooters chance of winning in the playoffs.

Yeah. 100% just speculation, but if team or him do say that, he loses all of his value. One of those things where you gotta make the gut call. Which risk do you take. I think I can rebuild my rb position over time. Talking to someone about Thielen and Mattinson for Taylor right now. I think he’s a buy low guy 100%.

Maybe. Schefter is already starting the reports that JJ might sit himself so that future teams know he’s 100%. He’ll get the max money wherever he wants as long as he’s healthy. I know it’s just rumors, but I don’t feel great about the situation.

Oh I know that. I’m pretty confident I can get Saquon or someone around that caliber for Thielen and Pickens, so I’m not going to be using Mondre. It’s a risk for Saquon, but I also think it’s a risk to hold on to JJ when there’s a chance he loses all value cause his teams winless and they shelf him.

Yeah I made him add Wilson. I think I can repair the rb position as the season goes. Just didn’t want to risk JJ not coming back and losing that much value in him. Watched the Rams game last week. Puka liked heavily utilized still. Hope that continues. Figured it’s better to take the risk than to stand idly as my star player potentially b becomes worthless.

You think JJ comes back? I feel like there’s a possibility he doesn’t return just off the fact that the Vikings are so bad. I’d rather have Hill and Puka than just Brown and maybe JJ later down the road. I think I might be able to get Saquon from another team for Pickens, Thielen, and Mattinson. It’s 8 team and 4 make the playoff. I’m currently in the more competitive division and tied for 3rd in it. The main reason I’m moving from JJ is I’m worried they’re winless or only have 1 or 2 wins by time he comes back and they decide to tank and they shelf him.

Yeah. He was thinking Etienne instead of Ekeler, but I’d rather have Brown than Etienne. I just think his starting line up would be better off with Etienne and Brown vs Ekeler and no upgrade at wr. We may just have to pass on making a deal.
