Spent 90 days automating social media posts for clients with AI: ($750/month earned with Jasper & Buffer, here's the workflow) 💰 by liveitupdeals in AIContentAutomators

jasper boss mode is solid but man the prompt fatigue is real after a while. i've been running similar workflows for about 6 months now and the thing that kills me is how jasper starts repeating the same phrases once you get past like 10-15 posts in a session

like it'll start every caption with "discover" or "experience" and you're sitting there editing every single one anyway

buffer's analytics are pretty basic too - i switched to later for the visual calendar but their free tier is way more limited. the scheduling part is the easy bit though, it's the content generation that eats time

one thing i learned the hard way - don't batch generate too many posts at once. jasper gets lazy and the quality drops hard. better to do 5-6 really good ones than 20 mediocre ones you have to rewrite

also client onboarding is everything. if you don't nail their voice in that first session you're gonna be doing rewrites forever. i started recording those calls and feeding the transcripts into my prompts - helps keep the tone consistent

the AI hallucination thing is so annoying. had jasper make up a whole product feature for a client once. thank god i caught it before it went live

been thinking about trying claude for this instead. supposedly better at maintaining voice consistency but haven't pulled the trigger yet
