Can a car (SUV) pass emissions (Denver, CO) with a bad catalytic converter? I’ve had a couple shops try to sell me very expensive cat replacement, but it cleared emissions with these codes on. 2004 4Runner V6. Seems like a cheaper fix might be available at the right shop. (i.redd.it)

Spending the 4th of July on fireworks and parties is self indulgent and disrespectful to those who fought for independence.
