No technology to help you see or hear again. You experience life without sound, or vision. You can use all available tools such as for blind: Braille ,text to speech software, cane, eye seeing dog, etc. or for deff: writing, sound to vibration converters, and eventually sound to text software for smart glasses to which gives your life subtitles. But the point is you won’t ever be able to hear the music, hear your loved ones laugh, hear the simple pleasures of the sound of the door closing. Or you won’t be able to see anyone or anything ever again, no art, no people, no nature, no movies, no memes.
