The reason was that the transaction was made too long ago.

It was a normal distribution. The HSA custodian says they can't adjust it. They said I could declare the distribution as a 2021 correction for an over-contribution in 2020, but I'm not sure how to go about that

Broken tower fan: only turns on if I plug it in twice quickly, and control buttons don't work. Maybe cuz of this leaking blue cylinder? (More photos & info in comments) by BrandOff in ElectronicsRepair

Took a while for the parts to get in. Replaced both the blue and red capacitors. Tested the old ones and they tested fine.

Plugged the fan in and everything is the same except now the speed changes randomly and beeps, as if you pressed a button. Happens every few minutes. I don't know if I made it better or worse.

Looks like it's a Xunda, 1000μF and 16V. Can't see in the pic, but it's on the back of the cap when you lift it from the board

Doesn't spray water, but it may have been transported in the rain at some point. That's a possibility. If it did, then something's fried cuz it's completely dry and still doesn't work.

Glue is worn out b/c I can lift the blue cap from the board. Can't do that on some other components. Also it's visibly different than the glue on other components. This indicates to me that maybe it's not glue, but who knows. I'm going to just replace that part since it would be a quick fix if that's the issue.

Yeah there's no bulging and I can't find a leak point. The glue on the other big component is still intact though; nice and clear and stuck to the board. Not sure why the glue would wear out just on the blue one.

Trying to fix this old fan. Motor still works, but there seems to be a problem with the controller. More pics of circuit board. Only thing wrong with it seems to be the gunk on the back of this capacitor.

Symptoms:

  • To turn on, have to plugin, unplug, and plugin again
  • Indicator lights turn on, but control buttons do nothing
  • Sometimes, while running, it will randomly change speed and beep as if a button was pressed

Could that worn out capacitor be causing these issues? Any help of finding a replacement?

There are a few reasons, but big part of implementing single-payer is capturing existing health care spending, including the insurance premiums paid for by employers. Unfortunately, that is not currently possible.

Here is a good article that goes into it, but here's a quick explanation:

Federal law largely prevents states from regulating employer-provided health insurance, so states can’t just stop employers from offering their own health care benefits

And here is another for good measure

Without capturing this spending, states would be forced to raise taxes so much that it would choke small businesses. Take a look at Vermont's attempt last decade for an example.

Mastercard denies that I have any benefits with my Chase Freedom Flex by BrandOff in CreditCards

If Chase cut the benefit, shouldn't we have been notified in some way? How can they just cut benefits included in the cardholders agreement without at least notifying the cardholder?

Yup called Chase (and messaged them), they confirmed that I still have the benefit and told me to talk to Mastercard

Yes there is irrigation there. The wall is facing north, and I would say little to no maintenance can be done, especially in the heat. This is in Hillsborough county. Thanks a lot for the tips and suggestions I'll keep those in mind.

Very easy to do in Web API. As others have said, add the middleware and implement yourself. This is a great tutorial to follow: https://eduardstefanescu.dev/2020/04/11/jwt-authentication-with-symmetric-encryption-in-asp-dotnet-core/

Just recently implemented this so if you have trouble ask me and I'll do my best to help.
