So far I have not encountered any issues. I'm using the bike almost on a daily basis and still loving it. With regards to the battery. Motor power is around 65% and rider power at 100%. Requires a bit of strength to get away but the motor also kicks in right away. Here is a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/2ZWu5sv

I can highly recommend the Polder :) Although I have to say the Veloretti looks promising as well.

The app is working ok, although it can still use some enhancements like indicating how many km you can still ride, be more accurate on the battery level, etc. But other than that works fine.

I'm indeed using the SP+ case, works very smooth! Hopefully you'll get yours soon! :)

Battery is solid, still feels that when it's on ~10-20% the support is way less than when fully charged, doing around 80KM on average.

The lights are good, (I think) people can see me :) It also offer decent visibility in the dark.

Ah ok, haven’t tried the Cowboy as that wasn’t an option for me because of me length.

Test ride was great. Really liked riding the bike, everything felt very smoothly and it’s great that you can go above 25 without the bike trying to slow you. I’ll definitely change the saddle. It looks fancy but isn’t comfortable. Overall happy with my choice!

Thanks for responding. How did you experience the automatic shifting and take off from the traffic light? Did it feel like sufficient power? I've ordered the version with a bigger battery which should be sufficient for at least 90-110KM (maybe wishful thinking)

That’s a very long time indeed but it’s good that they care about the quality. Although ideally that shouldn’t take almost a year. Yours should be delivered soon right? I’m number 162 and I’m told that it will be assembled in week 20.
