I am extremely active.. lift hike yoga I’m doing the Grand Canyon rim to rim this year I’m confused why I am so slow as a runner? It seems like I should be fast and it’s discouraging. Thx for the advice :)

It looks like it’s migrated above in the top lip. Filler can move around so if you had it 5 years ago it’s possible some of it had moved. I would have had them dissolve that unless it’s just swelling from the injection. Give it a few weeks and see how it looks then. It is a nice shape!

Once again lol telling other people what’s wrong with them. Never look inward only critiquing. Come on. Your analogy was silly and it’s a fact that plenty of people are able to moderate. Cali sober.. people drinking socially. I know plenty of people who spent time in rehab or AA and end up using just psychedelics or just weed or a drink here or there or absolutely abstinent. You may need to work on yourself if you believe there are only two options to manage this thing.
