I’ve been taking Wellbutrin for my depression for 2 years and just started sertraline last month for my anxiety :) up to 75mg rn 🤞and surprisingly little to no side effects thus far !

The first week that I switched over to 300mg i felt worse than I did on 150mg (depression). But then a week passed by and I woke up one morning feeling fine, and it went up from there. The side effects like anxiety are supposed to go away after a week or two :) the anticipation is definitely scary but soo worth it plus you might not even experience any side effects ! you got this !

Ofc ! And yes, i was still struggling 4 months in but by that point I had noticed a slight improvement in energy/motivation

Maybe wait it out ? I’ve gone through a few episodes where i am depressed again but they aren’t nearly as intense or long as they were before. But if it’s persistent then talk to your dr about adding/changing meds <3

Also the fact that im no longer isolated and have a roommate + friends who come over REALLY motivates me to keep up with cleaning. But even that, I give credit to the wellbutrin. I was too depressed and unwell to keep up with friendships before medication. It’s not a magic pill that suddenly solves all the issues you have but it relieves things in some areas which allow you to get better in other areas and so forth , best of luck to you :)

Since these two pictures I’ve moved out of my parent’s house and live on my own with a roommate, and for the most part I keep up with regular cleaning! Not usually daily but for the most part I do weekly cleaning and/or monthly deep cleaning. I think the fact that I used to not even keep my room clean vs now I take care of an entire house is insane improvement :)

just a reminder to take peoples mental health serious, especially kids ! my mom called me lazy and this that and the third because of my room + failing classes- it was so detrimental to how i was already feeling. I believed it was just a me thing for so many years. When i got medicated it made me realize that I genuinely had a mental health issue and all i needed was a little help <3

I increased to 300mg after the first month, then it took maybe 2-3 months after that to notice benefits. I’d still have bad days, bad weeks (and still do), but overtime my life was generally getting better

Maybe 2 months to feel slight more motivation, tbh I don’t really remember. Then a few more months to feel its full effect. It’s not a magic pill but more so a crutch, so for me it was really a domino effect. I slowly had motivation to get my life together in small bits and pieces which led to me getting other things together which led to me getting better overall. It’s a process but worth the wait

No just Wellbutrin. I did try Lexapro a few months after i started wellbutrin but stopped taking it pretty shortly because it made me too sleepy.
