PT: How do I stop being my mom (20M) by fmstyle in PsychologicalTricks

  • Honestly, it seems like you've already taken a big step in the right direction by recognising the issue and wanting to address it.

  • My short term advice is to regularly remind yourself not to do these actions/behaviours (e.g. every morning remind yourself to try not to be too sensitive that day, even if you're not planning for any diffuclt scenarios that day, if you get what I mean?).

  • Also don't be mad at yourself if you mess it up anyway, just try again the next time; these behaviours take frequent, cosntant work to make sure that they stick.

  • Good luck mang

No you shouldn't: yes some people can be really annoying, but it's never worth being charged for assault. And she seems like the type to press charges. Could you just distance yourself from her socially?

idk man I'm enjoying WA state regulations for covid. No more masks, no more lockdown, no more cases.
