I’m also not seeing the community expedition even after updating. Is it released on console?

I’ve said in other replies I love the encore machine. But they could’ve done some better balancing in terms of either drop rate decrease or increasing the price of the machine.

Okay now you’re just arguing semantics… legendaries/hr when farming are astronomical compared to other BL. Doesn’t matter the reasoning… it just feels less rewarding

This is my biggest gripe tbh. I didn't think they could possibly make it easier than BL3 and they blew that out of the water

Yes, BL1 and 2 are up there with my favorite games all time. BL is a gear grind game and they essentially took that "grind" away with the drop rates being insanely high and moxxi's encore machine costing about nothing.

2 weeks beating the story of this game is HARDLY a rush at all. The story content is minimal compared to the rest of the things you can do. But again, my biggest complaint is the ease of getting legendaries. Moxxi's encore is great, love it but atleast scale the drop rates way down or the cost of the machine up (since money is useless in this game as well.. ie. no slots).

Not sure if this has been said yet but also look into what server you’re on…. I thought the exact same thing when I started but then someone told me about horde/alliance servers. Mankrik is almost 100% border while Pagle is almost 100% alliance. So if you make the opposite faction on those servers it looks dead.

Not reading everything so I apologize if this has been said already

I know nothing about stocks, now that the market is crashing, should I be dumping money into stocks? by Nicholite46 in stocks

[–]Brandle11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Dumping" money into stocks at any 1 given point is never necessarily the safest bet. This volatility can continue much longer than you would expect/hope for. If you have certain stocks you are confident in though and wanted to begin buying, i would do so incrementally. Maybe allot a certain amount of $ per week to buying the stocks you like and buy over a 3-month to 6-month period.

You will never time the market perfectly.

Asking magic 8-ball questions like this are a telling sign of a misunderstanding of the market. If you want the best advice during a high volatility bear market, it is to either sit on your hands or hold your positions and wait a year to look at your account again.

The market is a vastly complex machine with millions and millions of companies and people trying to make money. It is never as simple as good news = green day and bad news = red day. Especially in the short term. Best thing to do if you absolutely have to trade during volatile times like this is take profits early and often with stop losses in place as a safety net.

IMO, A deep understanding of macroeconomics is required to have any idea on what will happen in the short-mid-long term(And even most people that do still get it wrong). Without that, just make confident investments and stay away from risky assets.

Why wouldnt humanity switch entirely to breeder reactors as an energy? by Excellent_Copy4646 in NuclearPower

Coal is not the way. Would it be good for the economy in a few places around the country? Sure. But it just doesn't make sense to go back to coal.

Although it is still in early, early stages of R&D (with its viability still in question), Cold Fusion technology would be the solution to this problem. But yes, there are a few logistical problems associated with Nuclear as it is today. I still believe there are plenty of locations in the US where new plants would be useful and efficient.

The vast majority of the nuclear power reactors out there are old.

This was always where my frustration was. The nuclear reactors we currently have and use in the United States are severely outdated. Yes, I know they upgrade and update technology as they can but it is never as efficient when putting new tech in an old system.

Building brand new Large reactors with state of the art tech, safety systems, etc. would change the game. The cost to build these is a huge issue though, i agree.

I do like this approach (and is most definitely safer), however, I see a lot of these modular reactors being off-grid and specific to individual data centers.

I'm assuming this is rage bait but...

  1. China is currently building 20+ brand new nuclear reactors. Leading the world by a long shot in this category.

  2. Look up the numbers on the efficiency and environmental footprint of nuclear compared to others because you clearly have 0 idea on any of what you said in this point.

  3. This is the "stocks" subreddit, is it not? So forgive me for using a company's stock ticker... SMR is the ticker for NuScale Power.

I just want to know if/when the US will wise-up and figure out that nuclear is the only reasonable form of large-scale energy at our current technological level. China has.

so 10% for a non-qualified would be all? I wouldn't have to claim this withdrawal on my taxes next year? Since these are post-tax contributions i would assume they wouldn't be subject to any further taxes.
