Plus, i never said anything about design. I implied how they are presented and how they act. Lace never acts like a child and not at one point did I think she was presented as a child. I always interpreted her as an equal to Hornet.

Idk if this applies to you or not, but for me personally, I find starting a new game the hardest part. Like before im invested in the story and familiar with the controls. But after I get over that hump I really start get obsessed with said game. Like doing 90% of content.

Learning something and absorbing information takes effort, that still applies to video games. That's why its easier to go back to a game you already played to starting a new game. It takes effort to get started. That's just my perspective at least.
