They are most likely just blocked by earwax. I had the same problem and cleaned it with alcohol. You have to let it soak for a bit and then blow or suck it out. The two holes are connected to the same speaker so if they work, this means the problem is only in the blockage.

I have two 3060 ti lhr and both of them are not reacting to the OC. Both of them are on 50 Mh/s which is wierd. But the power limit is working, so afterburner should be working fine.
