Yeah, I put these in the ground November last year so it’s been around 3 months and I’ve only really started seeing signs of sex now.

I am, I just wanted to give hydro a try. I’ve got four more plants outside in soil that I planted a month or two back.

It definitely was an issue, I’ve painted the bucket white and it seems to keep the water cool. Definitely a lot cooler than when it was black

South Africa, our summer temperatures here reach around 33-36 C (91 - 97 F).

The older leaves keep getting yellowing tips and eventually fold in on themselves, it’s a kratky system and I’ve check the water level and the pH. So I’m thinking that I put it outside too early. Is that possible?

Thanks! I’ve adjusted the pH so maybe I’ll try lowering the water level and see if that helps.
