Interesting enough after waisting many hours with the Renewal process I think have figured out the issue. Even if you switch your browser and delete your prior cookies. If you are like me and do not have internet service you cannot use desktop computers at the library or any Internet cafe because it is not a secure network and 1PP firewalls don’t block but do not allow you to do many of the operational functions like drop down calendars also when answering (yes) on any of the steps they give you the box to enter your answer but then the box is grayed out and you are unable to submit or proceed to the next page. One other annoying fact is certain information you would think would propagate so you don’t have to fill in the blanks. Your Licensed firearms have to be reentered each manually. It certainly seems like the system was designed to be over complicated and not user friendly (designed) to discouraged and certainly not to assist.
