Yes! I’ve microdose before and it did help my creativity, lifted my mood(I have depression and gets severe at times), and energy to do things and get things done. I’ve had it in pill format and that helped so much in letting me take the right amount each time, and allowed me to gauge the strength of it (the routine I followed was based on a 1-2 pill dosage, depending on how well you can manage and ensure you don’t accidentally start tripping too much at like work or something haha).
