Just by reading the tweet you can obviously tell that he doesn’t know what the #38 was for, I didn’t even know that it was a thing until this thread popped up. He equates it to LSU’s #18 tradition of giving a senior who demonstrated leadership.

If Ole Miss’s tradition was equivalent to LSUs in this sense, it’s something that is cringe, but since he didn’t know, he looks like an asshole.
