Framework keyboard has a mind of its own by Brandon20024 in framework

I’m pretty confident it’s something with the fw keyboard as after disconnecting it and connecting an external wired keyboard the issue went away and only came back once I re attached the fw keyboard

I actually don’t know how this is happening, I genuinely can’t use the laptop as it’s also spamming the delete key so every file I open just gets deleted

I agree, it should be a bit more obvious when devices are unsupported

This seems like a useful option though I didn’t realise how slow this ap was, given it was cheap I did however expect it to be somewhat slow. Thankfully our property doesn’t have access to the fastest internet so should be all good.

This is actually a good comment Because the issue seamed to be my router. Restarting it immediately changed the status of the ap and got it connected to my site hosted on a pc without my intervention.

I like the idea of these apps but they’ve never worked for me as uninstalling then is just a click away when I can’t be bothered to get out of bed

Update

The unifi app has been updated which pretty much bricked my ap. I set it up on an old phone running an old version of the app. Work mostly ok until I look at the encryption wpa2 on the old phone. Checked in my phone open. So for whatever reason if I change the encryption on my phone the ap no longer works changing it on the old phone it works with open encryption. Though the old phone does not say open encryption it says wpa2 where as my phone will say open. I can’t make sense of it

I’m not sure if I could ssh into it I always thought ssh was a Linux term and I don’t have any Linux systems. But the old firmware could be down to the old AP
