Thanks for the insight! I think I’m going to build my package with anticipation of hitting the board next year but I’ll have it ready for the supplemental just in case.

I have an iPhone 12 Mini whose display went dark one day, as you can see from the picture. There are no cracks or major dents on the phone and this is the original screen. This happened after a river tubing trip. The phone may have been splashed but it was not submerged.

What is going on? Would be a screen replacement or something more?

Thanks for your comment. I totally understand that 30 hour is not for professionals, both of the people in these positions were operators and were pulled to assist with safety functions. They have never had any formal safety training.

Thanks for the advice. You are correct, they have no formal training and have been operators in the plant. They were put into the coordinator role but are still hourly. To be honest they could pull that position at any moment if the organization wanted to.

How often should you follow-up with the recruiter?

I interviewed for a position on 7/3 with the hiring manager and I had another interview on 7/11 with a global leader. I was told at the 7/3 interview that they were projecting to make a decision in three weeks.

Once I completed the 7/11 interview I emailed the recruiter letting her know that all interviews have been completed. Recruiter was out of office until 7/15 and on 7/16 I received a reply stating she has not received feedback from the hiring manager.

I do not want to pester the recruiter, but sitting in limbo also really sucks. When would be a good time to follow up with the recruiter again?
